Opposite Bassendean Oval, home to Swan Districts Football Club, Studio 84 Bikram Yoga is a project close to my heart. Dedicated to my late grand father, Philip Stephenson, (Pop and Big Pop) head trainer at Swan Districts Football club and Western Australia.
He taught me that there are other ways of treating injuries and illness
